Homemade oat milk
Cheapest plant milk you can make at home - 5 minutes, no soaking, and it froths well for coffee.

Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for exactly 30 seconds - no longer, or it turns slimy.
- 2
Strain through a nut milk bag or two layers of muslin cloth, squeezing gently.
- 3
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Shake well before use.
Note
Blending too long or using warm water is what makes oat milk slimy. Cold water, quick blend, single strain.
