Nothing sold directly on this site is shipped. Consultations are delivered online, and guides, recipes and tools are available on the site at no cost. There are no shipping, handling or courier charges.

Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email with the date, time slot and joining details is sent to the email address you provided, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours. Any written notes or resource packs included in your package are emailed within 3 working days of the session. If you have not received a confirmation, check your spam folder and then write to workwithmgg@gmail.com.

Product recommendations on the site link out to third-party brands and retailers. We do not hold stock, take payment for those products, ship them, or process their returns. Delivery timelines, shipping charges, exchanges, returns and warranty are entirely governed by the policy of the retailer you buy from — please read it before ordering.

For a damaged, delayed or incorrect item, contact the retailer's customer support first, as only they can arrange a replacement or refund. If a brand we have recommended is not honouring its own policy, do tell us at workwithmgg@gmail.com — it affects whether we keep recommending them.
