malagoesgreen is an independent editorial and consulting service operated as a sole proprietorship by Malavika Malaviya, based in India. Contact: malagoesgreen@gmail.com. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical signature.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian, to book a paid consultation. You agree to provide accurate information when booking and not to misuse, scrape, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the site.

Consultations are 30-minute one-to-one sessions delivered online at the date and slot you select. Prices are shown on the consultation page and are payable in advance. A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Slots are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

Consultations provide general lifestyle, food and sustainability guidance. They are not medical, nutritional-therapy, veterinary, legal or financial advice, and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor or registered dietitian, particularly if you are pregnant, managing a health condition, or making changes for a child.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International customers may be charged in their displayed currency and may incur bank or card conversion fees.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are made independently and are not paid placements unless clearly labelled. We are not the seller of those products: any purchase is a contract between you and the third-party retailer, and their terms, pricing, delivery and returns policies apply. Guides, recipes, ingredient notes and brand information are researched carefully but formulations, availability and prices change. Always check current labels and manufacturer information yourself, especially for allergens. Content is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

All text, photographs, illustrations and design on this site belong to malagoesgreen unless credited otherwise. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. You may not republish, resell or use the content to train commercial models without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, malagoesgreen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, its content, or third-party products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version on this page applies. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Complaints can be raised first at malagoesgreen@gmail.com and are usually acknowledged within 48 hours.
